Justice

I am very pleased to see this finally making progress. If they are found guilty I believe they should be given the maximum penalty the law allows. The whole concept of Blackwater and other companies of their ilk is just bad Juju. Actually it's not the company per se it's more the concept of our government hiring them.
Bottom line for me is private security companies are all well and good but they just cannot be allowed to run amok under the auspices of the US Government and they must be held accountable for any legal violations.

It's expected that there will be attempts to get charges dismissed since they were acting under the authority of US Government; also plans for them to get a change of venue to Utah where it's expected that they will find more sympathetic juries. BS, I say. If they want a change of venue then the best idea would be to extradite them to Iraq and let the Iraqi courts deal with them. They'd be begging to be tried in the harshest US court jurisdiction....

It begins

Just a first post to get things rolling.
